Do I need a credit card to build my rental setup?
No. You can create an account, add your company profile, properties, units, photos, and descriptions, and preview the renter-facing workflow without a card. A card is required when you publish and start the 14-day trial.
What is the difference between Starter and Webassy Payments?
Starter supports up to 10 units and the rental application workflow. Webassy Payments adds unlimited units, tenant leases, the tenant portal, rent collection, payment tracking, and maintenance requests.
Does Webassy store my Stripe secret keys or tenants’ full card numbers?
No landlord Stripe secret keys are stored in Webassy. Subscription and rent-payment card entry occurs in Stripe-hosted workflows.
Are payment-processing fees included in the subscription price?
No. Stripe transaction fees may apply separately to rent payments. Available payment methods and applicable processing details are shown through the connected Stripe workflow.
What happens to tenant records if I move back to Starter?
Existing lease, rent, and maintenance records remain recorded, but Payments-only portal and management actions are unavailable until the Payments plan is restored.
How do I change or cancel a plan?
